Michael Trimarco of Home Assure LLC, doing business as Expert Foreclosure, is a prime offender in this ongoing battle. Trimarco and Home Assure have been deceiving thousands of homeowners in fear of losing their homes due to delinquency and foreclosure. Trimarco has been discovered to charge $1,500 to $2,500 for their services without any follow up or assistance to their customer’s financial issues.
The FTC and FBI have been working together to stop deceitful companies like Home Assure from claiming any more victims in their money scheme. Home Assure and Expert Foreclosure have since closed their doors to avoid further disturbance to society.
